This volume views the history of the Bwrdd Ffilmiau Cymraeg (1971-86), the forgotten agency established with the prime purpose of producing films in the Welsh language. Revealing the colourful history of the institution, the author argues that it was part of the struggle for protecting and preserving the Welsh language.
