Zu einer Grundfigur der Moderne bei Kant
Modern philosophy has developed widely divergent understandings of "the event". Naturalistic and anti-naturalistic perspectives stand in opposition to one another, mostly along the analyticcontinental divide. Harnessing a critique of the event that is founded in Kant, this study argues that there is compatibility between seemingly irreconcilable concepts, and proposes a realistic interpretation of epistemic, ethical, and aesthetic events.
